Compare PDF catalog prices with your CSV price list
Kappsam is a free catalog price checker for design agencies and wholesale teams. Compare a searchable PDF with an approved CSV, match exact product codes, and review price differences with their PDF page. Working in Excel? Export your approved worksheet as CSV UTF-8 first.
Three steps to a clearer review
- Select your PDF and approved CSV.
- Choose the product-code and price columns, number format, currency, and PDF table area.
- Review differences and uncertain rows, then download a CSV report.
See a real sample finding
In our fictional sample, product ST-102 on page 1 is printed at $24.90, while the approved CSV says $29.40. Try the example above to see this difference and its page evidence.
The sample also includes a duplicate code and an absent product that need separate review.

PDF and CSV contents are processed in your browser, never uploaded or sent to an AI service. There is no account, payment, analytics, or tracking cookie. The website and its resources are delivered by Cloudflare, which may process request information for hosting and security.
Know what the check covers
Use regular tables with horizontal text, one product code and price per row, and the same layout on every page. Both files must use the same currency, number format, tax basis, and unit basis. The beta supports PDFs up to 20 MB / 200 pages and UTF-8 CSVs up to 5 MB / 20,000 rows.
Scans, outlined text, multi-line cells, and complex layouts are unsupported. There is no OCR, currency conversion, or automatic correction. Coverage applies to readable rows in your selected regions, not the whole publication. Review every exception and keep final publication approval with your team.
